I have not physically been to this location yet, but I was recommended to them by RYOBI Warranty Support. The gentlemen who picked up was very short with me on the phone and I could feel how overwhelmed he was. I had called because of a minor issue I thought he could confirm over the phone related to the O Ring in my Pressure Washer valve. I made every attempt to be precise as to not waste time. Been taking my mowers to them for many years and always satisfied with the service and costs for serving and/or repairs.
PLEASE READ ! These guys was recommended to me by RYOBI customer service as repair center for the warranty issue . The rudest guy I have aver ever experienced in my entire life ! They have no business to be in customer service ! Not only they didn’t fixed anything ( they haven’t touched my defective item entire time due to Ryobi denying warranty claim ) they told me mI still own them a money for their time ! They are racists. They provide a lousy and terrible service. The worst of all the services in the world. They think their floors are made of gold. The worst thing that has happened to me is going there.
