I’ve been a tenant at the 1935 E Woodlawn Rd building for over 2 years. I’m only leaving due to a job transfer. Marcelo, The owner & landlord truly cares for his residents and maintenance crew. He knows everyone by name, and he’s just a good guy. NO complaints. The property itself is GORGEOUS, I called my unit, the princess castle. Fresh carpet, high ceilings, nice lighting, private, quiet and spacious.
