After-sales customer service is terrible. They just reply from a computer. I didn't receive the bicycle I bought from the Schwinn official website. They just shirked responsibility and kept repeating the same thing and ignored me.

They have always been willing to stop and fix a flat for me, no matter how busy they were in the shop.
