I've been going here for about a year and a half and they're what you would want in a dentist. Attentive, calm, and put together. They will let you know what they're doing and if you'll feel pain/discomfort. Dr. Ban pointed out that I had unusual teeth which no one caught which is why a lot of my procedures failed. They're a bit out of the way for me but I would rather make the effort to be at a place where I feel taken care of.
Very professional and yet a very caring, personal dental service. I’ve always been seen right on time and very happy with follow up. Would definitely recommend.
Park Saratoga Dental, and specifically Dr. Ban saved my front tooth at 45yrs old! I was originally referred by a couple friends at work in Cupertino.. that is how the relationship began. Then, I ended up moving to Pleasanton, which is about 50 min..away, and if you hit traffic, can take 2+ hours. Therefore, I found a new local dentist in Pleasanton (referred by three people) I went there because my front tooth and gum were swollen. I’ve been coming here for many years and have had several procedures done, including a root canal. The team has always been incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. What I appreciate most is that they’re even on call for me when I need them and I always feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend
Dr Ban is fantastic! My wife had a toothache in Mexico and called her. She went out of her way to see her right after we landed on a Saturday evening. Her team took good care of our family over many years.
