From my own experiences with Dr Ban, I’d rate her office 10/10. In my case, she would rather forgo extra fee to make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment. Recently I had an old filling fell out. That tooth was so fragile that, three separate dentists gave different options on whether to fill, to do a root canal, or to extract-and-implant. Dr. Nathan Ching and his team provided an excellent experience. As a new patient, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the office was very clean and comfortable, which made a good first impression. After a minor personal accident, I needed an appointment on short notice. Update - I suffered a toothache during one of my business trip lately. I called Dr ban multiple times during my trip and she provided advice with patience and care and sent several follow up messages to ask how I felt. On the day I landed, which was a Saturday, she offered a night time appointment to perform an emergency root canal for me, just so I could sleep better that night. I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years with my whole family - Dr. Ban is so knowledgable, accommodating and has great bedside manner! The dental assistants are fantastic too! I always leave happy. Would highly recommend 😊
