whitney b For the $960.00 rent the apts are small. The grounds are well kept and clean. The pool is always in need of service (algae.) There are functions for the tenants to do, but not as many as there should be.There is a very serious problem with a few tenants who think they control the complex. The first week my husband and I were at the outdoor tables we were told that these people had gotten 3 people evicted and they had to get rid of the newbies. Not as pleasant as it looks For $1,000, you can do better. Manager is generally disrespectful. Speaks to tenants as if we were either juveniles or in some way remedial. When problems are not solved and as a paying tenant you keep requesting resolution, the manager then goes into total "bully" mode. I've had ongoing issues for over 8 months. Nothing has been done.
