Management scams $ by rejecting applicants within minutes of application fee. I paid application fee, provided documents of employment, proof of making roughly $100k/year, etc. They called me back within minutes to tell me i'm being turned down because of a criminal history. Ironically, this was from almost 25 years ago & the application states that it is for 10 year check. Website has too many popups I thought I got a virus on my phone
It is great
First of all the apartment obove me leaks dirty water often the never change or clean the carpet so the whole house smells like mold & mildew.. the outlets don't work. Water gets in when it rains & the kitchen sinks backsup water from upstairs....then there's roaches that come from the tenants above who have like 8 kids that run & jump all day & night. this place is the projects.. not suitable for decent working class people at all
