When the owners grandchildren took over the park 5 years ago lot rents have increased by over 50% Even during this covid pandemic they just raised the rent again ! When so many have been hurting, lost their jobs,lost their healthcare and now face losing their home. The original owners of this park were kind hearted people but failed to teach the next generations that kindness. .
Apparently, the owners of this park are particularly greedy. They have raised the rents as much as 50% over the last 5 years for no notable improvement at all. And the security is a joke. Hope they are not paying much for that. In any event, to raise rent in 2020, 2020!~given all that is going on, demonstrates they are extremely cold and predatory. My Mom and Dad lived there from 1971/2008. Now both my sister's and my brother-in-law live there and in the same house. That takes up 44 year's of happy and sad times that I would never change in a million years. Here's to many many more.
