I love this place
This place absolutely sucks my grandma moved there for the handicap accessibility , just to find out they have only 1 handicap parking spot in the whole building. 0/10 won’t ever recommend!
One Star – I do NOT recommend this place at all I do not recommend this place at all, especially for students. I lived here for 5 years, and the experience was very disappointing. Maintenance is extremely slow and requests take a long time to be handled, if they are handled at all. Dealing with the former manager (Keith) was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If I could give this place a rating below zero, I would. In the two years I’ve lived here, it has been nonstop problems. Management never answers the phone, never responds to letters, and ignores every issue. Now, in my last week 8 days we’ve had no hot water for a week — no explanation, no notice, nothing. It’s winter, it’s unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. Tomorrow I will be calling Bridgeport Housing because this cannot continue. I’m thankful I’m moving to Embassy Tower, which is much cleaner.
