I really enjoyed my time at Park Royal. It's in a great location and includes a pool (only open during the summer though). It covers water, heat, air conditioning, trash removal, gas, etc. The only thing you pay for is rent and electricity (and cable, internet, etc.). Rooms come with refrigerators, dish washers, and stoves/ovens. No microwave, toaster, or blender included. There is laundry facilities on each floor as well as a trash chute. 0 star I’m sharing my honest opinion about this complex because I still live here, and I don’t feel safe. If you value yourself, I recommend staying away. The management company is terrible, and Sandy, in particular, is very disrespectful. He’s manipulative and dishonest. There’s no proper security, and crime is a constant issue, yet he continues to lie about it.
The property manager is never onsite and unreachable. I don't know how they can keep people like that.
