I will attempt to keep this brief. Pros: - On Site Parking in Short North/Downtown - Cheap compared to other apartments with "luxury" amenities in the area Cons: - Laundry Room. Two Washers and Two Dryers for 30 apartments that allow pets. It never appeared that the laundry equipment would ever get washed. Someone let a pen in the dryer and blue ink is all over the dryer drum.... still there. Oh yeah, price of washing went up with the same "service". - Roaches. Yup. Roaches are in this building. I lived here for 3.5 years and have nothing but good things to say about this apartment building. This is a pretty bare bones apartment for a very cheap price. Units are 450-500 sq feet and don’t have dishwashers or in unit laundry. I never had an issue with long lines with the laundry options on the first floor. There’s some road noise from the highway below, but you get used to it fast. Other tenants are nice and thoughtful (will bring packages inside, keep hallways clean, etc).
