Unfortunately I couldn't give the property managers here credit If I tried. My wife has been here for close to 8 years now, and I myself have been here for about 6 years. (This would be at the Park Royal Apartments in San Mateo.) The property does not have a live in manager which I believe is necessary with 70+ Units, the landscape has improved very little through the years yet everytime we renew a lease it goes up $100 + everytime, This lastime it was even more than the 10% thats allowed in our county...
