I would give 0 stars if I could to Park Rowe Village Apartments and Vintage Properties. The WORST apartment experience I have EVER had in my life. This place is the definition of disorganized and money-driven. In the two years I lived here, they went through FIVE different managers—and every single one was just as unhelpful and incompetent as the last. The Assistant Manager Ms Shantell Gives excellent Customer Service She takes her Job serious and does exactly what she says she will do
From the moment that I moved in here, it has been by far the worst leasing experience that I have ever had in my entire life. Upon moving in on the start date of my lease, I found out very quickly that the dishwasher, washer/dryer, and air conditioner/heater did not work in any capacity. 7 maintenance requests and 4 months later, they finally sent out a "specialist" and my air conditioner/heater is functional as of this moment, but who knows for how long. One of the worst experiences I’ve had leasing an apartment I would wake up from my sleep because the ceiling has no insulation between apartments and could hear the person above me doing everything. I approached previous management and the ultimate solution was get used to it. The parking situation is terrible. If your not there by 7:00pm parked your gonna have to park all the way to the back of the complex and walk all the way back up front to your apartment.
