Horrible place. At one point the electricity in the office was not paid.
Luxury my ASS! Car got broken into last month and they didn’t even let me see the footage from the 1 camera they have on property. Security is non-existent, management is horrible. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! There is a continuous revolving door of tenants because nobody would dare extend their lease. This is absolutely the most overhyped/overpriced complex in Baton Rouge.
I am in a foot cast up to my knee. We were going to the show at Cinemark. We aren’t from Baton Rouge. We pulled in their parking lot and parked. There was other cars doing the same thing and walking to restaurants. When we returned we had a boot on our truck. Seriously, why? We called the number to remove it. The guy says, usually we have signs up saying it a private parking lot but they broke the bars and sign down.
