One of the worst experiences I’ve had leasing an apartment I would wake up from my sleep because the ceiling has no insulation between apartments and could hear the person above me doing everything. I approached previous management and the ultimate solution was get used to it. The parking situation is terrible. If your not there by 7:00pm parked your gonna have to park all the way to the back of the complex and walk all the way back up front to your apartment. This place would be a lot better if the walls and ceilings/floors weren’t so thin. You can hear everything from neighboring apartments. The pool is nice, but there’s always people out till 2-3 am yelling and blasting music (writing this at 2:30am because people are out there now) and nothing has ever been done about it. Wouldn’t recommend living here unless you don’t like sleeping at night.
Great place to live! The management and staff are amazing.
