Just reminded today how great your team is! I was so nervous for how Blu would behave because he gets a little nervous. You were so thoughtful to send out his favorite tech to the parking lot to get him. It was clear you were trying to make the experience good for him, because you know how nervous he gets. I'm so glad it went well and he had such a positive visit today! Means a lot that you cared about a patient that might be thrown off by the new protocols. Thank you for helping him through it!
