I had a Vera Wang bridal gown that required fairly difficult alterations - the gown has intricate lacework around the bottom, but needed to be shortened by several inches. I was nervous, but Suzanne did unbelievable work! I couldn't even tell the lace had been removed and re-sewn, except that the dress was shorter! She also let out the dress for me - this alteration required her to replace the zipper, which she did at no additional charge. Best in Charlotte! I have been coming here for at least 2 years now. The customer service is wonderful so friendly and very caring towards customers. Ive had everything done here from my prom dress to my everyday clothing. Prices are great for the service you will recieve. I would def. Recommend this alteration shop to everyone. You will not leave disappointed. Wonderful wonderful work and services =))

Best Bridal Seamstress Ann is awesome! I brought my wedding gown to Ann to see if she could fix the mistakes someone else had done. I was so pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail. She not only was able to correct all the horrible alterations that was done but she did it in a few days. She really went above and beyond my expectation and was able to salvage my gown 1 week before my wedding. I would recommend her to all brides who are looking for someone who will do a great job and do it right! Thank you Ann!

A pleasant Seamtress to work with – I had a few things need to be altered to get ready for the up coming parties during the Holidays. Friends have been advised me to see Ann at the Park Rd. Great Work! – I had her alter a satin Vera Wang wedding dress last year. Came out great and looked beautiful. The price was very reasonable.
