This place is absolutely amazing! Ondrea Ellis the leasing manager was so helpful and fast with moving me and my partner in! She was amazing and so fast with communication! They are so accepting of pets of all kinds and have so many areas for dogs! 10/10 would recommend renting here and talking to her! Amazing amazing amazing!

Anything goes here. I had these neighbors by me that made my life and the other neighbors' lives, a nightmare. They smoked pot all day on their patio, fought all night or played loud music, parked their car every day in the fire lane and let their dog poop wherever, without picking it up. When they moved, I was so relieved. NOW, they've been rented too again. They moved in last night and already the guy has had his car parked the entire day in front other people's garages. I would encourage anyone to consider someplace else to live. One of the biggest problems in the apartments is the black mold. My asthma has gotten so bad since living here due to breathing in the black mold. The grounds may look inviting, but you can't walk the grounds because there are so many dogs, that the dog waste prevents you from walking anywhere. The noise level is so loud, you will be woken up every night due to loud car stereos in the parking lot or inconsiderate neighbors. Mice are a problem as well. You don't get... read more
