Park Ridge Vacuum is not the place I want to go back. They don't care customer. They ignore customer's questions and only says what they want to say. Therefore, I couldn't get the right information about the product. Even their shop is not clean. They should be more organized in the show room. I wouldn't go back to the store.
great vacuum shop I can't believe the previous review! We bought our Miele vacuum from Park Ridge Vacuum a while ago and we are very happy with the purchase. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional during the presentation, he explained all options and attachments we got with the vacuum. It's not a cheap equipment but it's worth every dollar we spent on it. I definitively recommend this store because of our very positive shopping experience there.
