I am very happy with 7305 Campeau Dr. Maintance staff are very responsive if I put in a request . The manager is great!The people here are friendly but not intrusive. There is lots to do if you wish ie: coffee group ,aqua-fit, exercise, pot lucks and special dinners. Pete keeps the building spotless. Only would like an outside place ie: Gazebo or picnicking tables where we could sit in the sun. DO NOT LIKE that they have initiated PAID VISITOR Parking. Looks nice and well run. Great staff and tennts. ADDENDUM TO ABOVE. We have been herec2+ months now and wish to add that we are in Tower A 7307 Campeau Drive (the 1st tower at corner of Kanata Drive) ad our experiences are limited to that tower locatin4$4on and the onsite staff and rental office. 5 stars. I am watching 4th time today staff salting sudewalks and plowing orivate driveways. ALL IMPORTANT TO MAJORITY OF SENIORS LIKE US LIVING HERE.

I truly enjoyed living here but I have to give two stars because they’ve installed paid visitors parking. The resident all petitioned against it and they still did it. It’s a money grab. Why do our families need to pay for parking just to visit us? This is supposed to be our home.
