I’ve been a tenant at Park Ridge Homestead and have been paying for an outdoor parking spot as part of my lease. Recently, I requested to switch to a different outdoor spot due to accessibility issues, and was surprised to be told I’d have to pay more—despite the fact that I’m not asking for an additional space, just a change. What’s more frustrating is that I’m being told new rates apply, even though I’m not a new tenant and already have an agreement in place for parking. Looks nuce and wellmrun.
I truly enjoy living here but I have to give two stars because they’ve installed paid visitors parking. The resident all petitioned against it and they still did it. It’s a money grab. Why do our families need to pay for parking just to visit us? This is supposed to be our home.
Excellent place to live. people here are very generous. Bonnie , ken , paul are always ready to help every one. location is near to many amenities and top schools. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for peaceful and safe place to live
