First time taking the 6:30 p.m. mobility class with Lucie and it was an amazing but challenging experience. I enjoyed being around the other ladies, nice flow of music and Lucie did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating the movements. Very nice vibe. ❤️ I'm a baby boomer, under a lot of stress and I drive all day. Didn't realize how tight my body was until I started the mobility movements. 😱😭 It was an eye opening experience but I felt much better after the class.
