We have gone through 3/4 managers in the past 2 years. The new manager was doing good at first and just stopped. Things in my unit have been messed up for many many months. I’ve lived here for 6 years and this is the worst I’ve seen this complex. Trash is everywhere, kids are unsupervised outside, dumpsters are trashed and the grounds are unkept. With the new manager Tori Pless, she has got more work done within a week, then other managers have done in years! She answers the phone and helps me with every problem within a decent time frame. Her communication is the BEST. I was so close to breaking my lease and leaving here, but she has definitely came in and turned things around for this apartment complex. Before her and the maintenance man now I would have gave this apartment complex a 1 star. She even stays after hours, OFF THE CLOCK to fix issues from years ago. I ... read more
Parkridge is a wonderful place to live and Torrey and Bo are great. -they are doing a magnificent job here!😃
I visit this place and it was very nice. I love the inside of the apartment and it is very affordable. The manager is awesome and she will get the work done.
