I've had a very positive experience with both the administrative staff and Dr. Dray. All have been efficient and very kind.
I have been a patient of Dr Johnson for over 2 yrs following a prostate cancer diagnosis. He has always taken as much time with me as needed to explain and answer questions regarding my prognosis and treatment options. The staff has been friendly and responsive to my needs. Highly recommended.
Dr Harkhani gave great advice and was very professional. She patiently answered all my questions. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.
Trying to even get an appointment is maddening. I'm a 50 year old man, trying to get an initial consultation for an elective procedure. After being on 3 separate calls, all of them ending with "someone ELSE will need to call you back to actually set up the appointment", I finally told them to forget the entire thing. All of the people on the phone were very nice, but seemed completely incompetent at basic tasks.
