The one star is for the receptionist and nurse who were very nice. The doctor was rude and it was a total waste of time. Her sarcasm is to be left undesired. People do not come to the doctor for this kind of treatment. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. She obviously doesn’t like her job. It shows. I walked out without even checking out, it was that bad.
Your practice DENIED caring for me. For what reason?!?! Now I’m severely sick; ANA positive; have sores and all from this. My doctor has even called this place to tell them I need to be seen ASAP. Terrible and unprofessional Dr Onajite onaodowan rude and unprofessional and will not be back and would not recommend.
Dr O was the rudest doctor I've ever had the displeasure of being in the same room with. She is unhelpful, disrespectful, and has zero bedside manner and made my mom feel like an idiot the entire appointment. When multiple doctors refer you to a specialist for a mutual concern, you expect to be taken seriously. Instead, she tried everything in her power to make my mom feel like her symptoms were unimportant, and like she couldn't do nothing to help her. I was referred to them 6 months ago. Done blood work. See you in 6 months. (No results til then) went in for app today for results. Told me everything I already knew from other Dr.'s (not rheumatologist related) tells me I have a positive Ana. See you in a yr. I don't have enough evidence to treat you. I've had same symptoms for 20 yrs. Pain is stiff tight muscles. Not all of it is. If thats really what's going on at all. Illsee you in a year to check symptoms again. . No thank you. I need someone to take me seriously.
