Our appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, even after confirmation, due to "not receiving medical records" in time. However, they DID arrive the day BEFORE this appointment but said that "wasn't enough time to review anything". We were told of this cancellation, 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time (we arrived early as requested). Even though we had already arrived and did everything expected on our end, they refused to see my child because of THEIR laziness.
I never have an issue getting an appointment when I need it and the staff is so friendly. Dr. Riddle is the best and was my pediatrician and now she's taking care of my girls! I couldn't think of a better pediatrician office!
Won’t tell you about hidden policies. If you try another office to find the best fit for your kids they won’t let you come back as they call it “doctor shopping”. You’ll be punished for using your freedom of choice. We have never missed an appointment or had any negative issues until this. My son went there for 2.5 years and now they say we can’t. Clearly it’s all about them and not child care.
