I had the most traumatic birth experience here. The nurses were completely unprofessional. I could hear them laughing and talking about me outside of my room right after I had my son. I didn’t understand why. I was kind and nice and cooperative. They made my husband rush just to get a C-section completed that was not an emergency or an emergency situation at all and my husband was speeding down the highway just to get there in time and I said can we push it back 20 minutes. Told me they wouldn't provide me with prenatal care unless I had an ultrasound already done. I was under the impression that THEY could provide that for me. Guess not.
Dr. Towle Is amazing! Unfortunately, his always booked.
I went to this office in December 2021 because I have some health concerns.After I met the Dr. Towle, he stated to get some blood work, which I did and stated they would get back to me with the results and also have someone reach out to me about getting a vaginal ultrasound again, as the 1st I got a few weeks prior to this visit in December 2021 was not really great.
