This is my first pregnancy and was a bit disappointed being here. I ended up transferring at 6months. I had tried to reschedule my very first appt. due to being stuck out of town with bad weather and the receptionist was not supportive initially about rescheduling me the following week but eventually did. Usually I’d never leave this kind of review, but I needed to get this off my chest. I suffer from telephobia due to trauma and severe anxiety, so calling someone let alone a medical office is extremely difficult for me. My fiance had gotten a surgery there not to long ago and the doctor that performed her surgery had told me that he was going to call me and tell me what they did. He called me but left out just about everything about the surgery and what he did. It has been almost 3 whole weeks since the surgery but no one bothered to call my fiance and tell her she needed compression on her legs so she wouldnt get blood clots until today. This is my 4th pregnancy with Dr. Towle. They've always taken great care of me and my babies. Both he and his nurse have listened to and considered the details of my lifestyle carefully, so they've caught things that most would have missed. Their midwife was on call and delivered my first two. My second two were delivered by Hospitalists, which made me nervous at first, but they both turned out to be wonderful as well. The office staff and nurses have always been friendly. LOVE their ultrasound techs. Just a great team.
