Can’t even answer a phone call or even a message through the patient portal. What kind of doctor’s office just ignores their patients and their needs. That’s horrible. Been trying to get a prescription filed for over a month, going on 2, and they still haven’t communicated anything to us about it. Still to this day won’t even answer any form of communication. All of the staff members are amazing! I see Dr. Wesley Jones, and he listens, he's kind, and he answers all questions throughly! He is honestly the best doctor I have ever been to! Thank you all for everything you all do!
Absolutely wonderful doctor and super friendly helpful staff. Terrible EHR system. I can no longer communicate with clinical staff in a timely fashion. The only way to get timely assistance is to call the front desk staff, whose job this is not. Please get rid of EPIC. it may increase profits but it has a negative effect on the patient experience. Their message system just does not work. I feel like giving up on regular health care entirely due to the frustation of trying to deal with it.
