Staff are excellent, however they outsource all labs/x-ray work to the advent health hospital and it will be coded as Outpatient Hospital for billing, which means you pay way more and your insurance covers very little. For this reason I would not recommend.
Dr. Dager is great. Everyone in the building was nice and professional. The lab downstairs is wonderful and convenient. The app is super easy to use for all things including billing. Always had my messages returned. Glad I finally landed on a good primary care after being in town for two years.
My first visit here was excellent from start to finish! They have a hand sanitizer station right outside the entrance. Everything is very clean. Brandon at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I was taken back as soon as I checked in. Amanda, the medical assistant was very sweet as well. Nicole Drake, PA-C is awesome! She spent more time with me than any provider ever has, addressing all my health concerns. She made me feel comfortable right away and has a great bedside manner.
