The most unprofessional dental office. I need my wisdom teeth removed and I have waited over a year for an appointment. The day prior to my appointment, I was called to move my appointment from 10:15am to 4pm. The following day I arrived at 4pm and the front desk told me the surgeon never showed up. I asked at what time they realize that the surgeon was not going to show up and she said 1! (It was 4pm) they did not have the decency to call me. I have intense dental anxiety and the staff here was so sweet and reassuring. I thought I didn’t have insurance that was active yet, and paid 45$ The receptionist called me back to tell me I did have insurance which, I thought was a lot better. I walked in without an appointment so, I had to wait a bit. The service was well worth it though, as I felt much better here than with my previous dentist. They actually explained things to me, and made me feel really safe.

the nurses and doctors are nice but they never pick up the phone.
