Love it here!
I lived at Park Ridge Estates for many years. Initially, it was ok, but it got progressively worse after I complained to leadership about a member of the maintenance staff & a leasing manager. In retaliation for my complaints the leasing manager and the maintenance man planted an unknown substance in my apartment & called the Police in an attempt to have me arrested. Luckily, I discovered the substance & discarded it before the Police arrived. Beware of Park Ridge Estates.
The dog park is a mess and clearly neglected. The fence is in such poor condition that dogs can jump over it, creating an obvious safety issue. Residents have complained repeatedly with no response or action. The previous management team maintained the property far better than the current one. This is an easy fix, which makes the lack of care more concerning. If management won’t address something this basic, it’s fair to question how they handle more serious maintenance problems. The dog park is a dump. Dogs can hop over the fence because they don’t keep up with it.
