My experience at this property has been wonderful thus far as a resident- majorly because of Milissa who has always taken out the time to answer my questions and make this move as easy as possible. Maintenance has been quick and effective as well. The apartments are spacious, surrounded by lush nature.

Would not rent here. They are currently cited by the Durham code enforcement department for being in violation of multiple City of Durham Codes. The code inspector found the following violations: 1. Violation #1: 10-234 (h)(1)(b) Excessive dampness or moisture on surfaces 2. Violation #2: 10-234 (g)(5)(d) Ceilings contain holes or cracks or deterioration 3. I'm approaching my 1 month mark here and have been really impressed by both the facilities and the staff. The pool is a great little place to catch a tan and cool down from the heat. There are a few propane gas grills readily available and the tennis courts are in great condition. I love taking my dog to the bark park in the mornings and the free poop bags scattered through the property makes it easy to clean up after your dog. I walked in and it was 4:30 in the afternoon and the only person in the office was a rude, ill mannered young guy named Jake. It immediately seemed as if he didn’t want to deal with me because I didn’t have an appointment. He answered my questions abruptly and was down right rude! I moved to Park Ridge Estates a year ago, and from day one, I received excellent service from Milissa Elliott, the leasing representative. I initially planned to write a review right after moving in, but I decided to wait a full year to see if the great service would continue — and it absolutely has.
