Park ridge estates has been such a fantastic complex to work with. I moved in July of this year and everything has been so pleasant. During my move-in, Jake has made my entire experience stress-free and straightforward, being completely transparent about Park Ridge which helped me make my decision to live at Park Ridge Estates. I toured and spoke to many complexes in both the Chapel Hill and Durham area, and Park Ridge Estates stands out compared to all others! I highly recommend choosing Park Ridge Estates.

My experience at this property has been wonderful thus far as a resident- majorly because of Milissa who has always taken out the time to answer my questions and make this move as easy as possible. Maintenance has been quick and effective as well. The apartments are spacious, surrounded by lush nature.
Would not rent here. They are currently cited by the Durham code enforcement department for being in violation of multiple City of Durham Codes. The code inspector found the following violations: 1. Violation #1: 10-234 (h)(1)(b) Excessive dampness or moisture on surfaces 2. Violation #2: 10-234 (g)(5)(d) Ceilings contain holes or cracks or deterioration 3.
