I had the pleasure of touring the community with Jake and then returning for another tour with Bre, and both experiences were excellent. They were each professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property and amenities. The community itself was beautiful, especially the wooded walking trails and outdoor spaces. I have edited this review for 2026. Park Ridge Estates is a great place to live. The wooded setting is safe, quiet and well maintained. The office staff truly care about your comfort and address any concerns you may have. The maintenance crew is friendly and addresses any issues in a timely manner. The complex is in an excellent location and convenient to shopping, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. There is also a safe walking trail to enjoy. Love it here!
I lived at Park Ridge Estates for many years. Initially, it was ok, but it got progressively worse after I complained to leadership about a member of the maintenance staff & a leasing manager. In retaliation for my complaints the leasing manager and the maintenance man planted an unknown substance in my apartment & called the Police in an attempt to have me arrested. Luckily, I discovered the substance & discarded it before the Police arrived. Beware of Park Ridge Estates.
