I first attended Park Ridge Dental in 2025 and was lucky enough to be able to get an appointment with Dr Jonathan Jom. I am extremely anxious at the Dentist and I was very open about this. I have recently attended for a number of appointments and each time, Dr Jonathan has been calm, gentle natured, talked me through the procedure and made me feel calm, heard and relaxed. Thank you very much to Rani for organising the referral I needed to have a OPG x ray for my TMJ issues. Considering it's been over a year since I last saw Dr Cheryl, and she is now on maternity leave, this is very much appreciated. The Dentists and staff at this clinic are just lovely and very skilled at their chosen profession. I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful and friendly service in reception and in dentists room! Having had a previous dentist for 20yrs and not feeling the comfort at another dentist I had tried, I was grateful to find the familiar warmth and welcome I had been missing! Also nice that they're not just wanting to do what costs most, but rather what you're most comfortable with (giving the options when there are some!).

I’ve been scared of dentists my entire life but Jonathan at Parkridge Dental completely changed that for me. He is professional, knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly, which made me feel calm and comfortable. I didn’t feel a thing during my filling. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Jonathan to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental visits.

This was our first visit with Dr. Michelle Zhang. She was very informative and picked up a few things that previous dentists have missed (or failed to explain to me). She was able to answers all our questions and explain everything thoroughly. We will be moving to this clinic moving forward as we had such a great experience. Thank you!
