I contacted Park Ridge Apartments in Garland, Texas and spoke With Carmen the manager in November a few weeks before Thanksgiving. I had been trying to contact Apartments for my daughter. Carmen was the only real person that answered the phone she said to me come on over I'm here. these Apartments are very nice I would definitely recommend Park Ridge Apartments to anyone that needs to speak to a real caring manager I could tell how great Carmen was by the people that were coming in talking to her while I waited. Carmen has so much patience. She goes above and beyond to help the residents. Definitely recommend living here!!
I love Ms Carmen she's very beautiful and she is very reasonable about everything I love living here the apartment size is very decent and it's a great area to live at and possibly rise a family at as well thank you Park Ridge Community ☺️
