I’ve been living in these apartments for over five years and have never had any issues with the staff, but this new manager, Nayeli—just because I was two days late with the rent—came to my apartment on the 5th. She didn't just leave a notice outside; she opened the door, which scared my two eight-year-old children. She even told my son that if I didn't pay the rent, we’d be out on the street. The customer service is excellent, and any questions or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. The community is clean, well-maintained, and a great place to live.
