I had established a payment plan with Park Ridge. On the last month of payment due, I sent the full balance owed, however due to auto pay they took out additional funds. For the last month, I've tried to get in contact with their billing dept to get a refund and I've left countless messages to no response. Definitely not a good look.

After switching my daughter to a new practice, I see more progress with her now than I ever did at Parkridge. No communication. And you would think they would have been lienient on us for having to reschedule when we were going. I had a new born and my daughter ran a fever twice(during this past summer) so we had to reschedule. Then I had a family emergency that required me to get my sister out of state. I wish I could give them 0 stars! I got a bill from them for 3 services. We haven't seen them for TWO YEARS. And we've had Medicaid for 4 years, so we certainly had it then. First off, why did it take two years to get a bill? Second off, give me more answers as to why. And thirdly, actually be nice when I try to talk to you. I'm just trying to get answers. The receptionist is one of the MANY reasons we stopped going. Awful practice and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE.
