Jason was great when I went here, so he's not the issue here. I haven't been to this place for almost 2 years; I recently received a bill in the mail for 2 missed appointments back in Nov & Dec 2024. I called to see why I am getting this bill, especially 2 years later, and they said that they've had a bunch of turnover (I wonder why) and that they were doing audits and found some missed appointments that they were charging people for. The lady on the phone was very nice and I can't wait for my appointment with dr Powell
I had established a payment plan with Park Ridge. On the last month of payment due, I sent the full balance owed, however due to auto pay they took out additional funds. For the last month, I've tried to get in contact with their billing dept to get a refund and I've left countless messages to no response. Definitely not a good look.
Cassidy Lach is a great therapist
After switching my daughter to a new practice, I see more progress with her now than I ever did at Parkridge. No communication. And you would think they would have been lienient on us for having to reschedule when we were going. I had a new born and my daughter ran a fever twice(during this past summer) so we had to reschedule. Then I had a family emergency that required me to get my sister out of state.
