Been here over a year and it's definitely not the Greatest place but at least it keeps me and my kids off the streets. My apartment was pretty rough looking when I moved into it and very dirty. I didn't move anything into my apartment till I deep cleaned everything. This place is just raising the rent up and it's not worth it. U know after visiting this apartment complex with my family that has lived here for the passed 3 months, me and my fiance were thinking about moving in because of how nice the apartment is, sadly we won't be leasing or renting. To explain the least the kids in the neighborhood most of them are good, but some of them have unacceptable mouths when not around their parents, as well as well the ladies both in apartments 201 and 202 have been getting together and discussing on how to get my brother and sister kicked out of this p... read more
When we first moved in here we had amazing management. This place has gone down hill so fast! I really wish we could afford to leave.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say the property manager (Kathy) is absolutely amazing!! If it wasn’t for her my children would still be living in a dangerous situation. Kathy, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
