Not the worst housing for Vicksburg, but just too many issues to give this more than 2 stars. First off, when I arrived at the unit I was told there would be a realtor lock on the door with my key, ready to go. I was given a pin code to unlock it. After a long day of moving, the realtor lock was not on the door and I had to call and track someone down for 30 minutes to get into my unit. The AC in my unit did not work on move in either, so I had to wait for for maintenance to fix this in the middle of the summer. These apartm... read more
Park Residence from start to finish was a great place to live. I moved to MS from VA and I found PR online. When I called to inquire about unit availability I was met with the kindest voice, Rachel. She assisted me with everything I need to get settled into my new apartment. The units at PR are clean and up to date with modern appliances and flooring. If there was ever a problem (in my 3 years living there I can only account for 1) the maintenance staff was “Johnny on the spot”, kind and courteous. The amenities are above st... read more
