A fantastic place to stay with the most helpful cleaner in the world whose name is George!
Great spacious rooms and great amenities. Service lacked. We called the day prior to see if we could arrange an early check in, we were advised this could be arranged for 12pm so our baby could nap. We arrived at 1pm, room wasn't ready, came back at 2pm, room still wasn't ready. At 2.15pm we finally got into our room. When raised they fobbed off our request.
