Very decent apartment. Not luxury but cheap. Largest concern is the thin wall, it doesn’t block any noise, but I was lucky that my neighbors are quiet. Very good experience, I lives there for about 4 years and a half
i had a really good two years here the apartment itself was comfy, maintenance was quick, & it was super affordable sometimes there were hummingbirds in the courtyard
