The company I work for leases our office building from these people and they are terrible! They don’t maintain their buildings or their properties to any standard. It’s embarrassing to have patients comment on how rough things are looking. You could be contacting them for years about an issue and they might throw a bandaid on it but never actually stick money into doing it right. They just tell you they are working on it and don’t do anything.
My husband and I had rented an apartment at Forest Creek Apartments and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about John and the maintenance team. The grounds were wonderfully kept and all maintenance requests (not that there were many) were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment was beautiful and the area was quiet and close to many stores. We highly recommend!
