I lived here for 3-4 years and constantly had issues with it nothing in the apartment was ever being fixed (water damage) it started in my bathroom where I had a huge hole in my ceiling for over 8 months. They refused to get me proper ventilation in the bathroom after which resulted in black mold all over. I Cleaned the place spotless and they never payed my deposit back. They also made me live with No AC unit for the month of July, it was leaking down the wall into the house.
STAY AWAY! The only way to get a simple maintenance request addressed is to put your rent in ESCROW. My lease ended and I moved out, they changed the locks, and they are telling me I still owe rent for December, and they will send my bill to collections if I don't pay it. They want me to pay rent on an empty apartment with no utilities, that I have no lease for and they changed the locks on. These are definitely low profile apartments. Yet, they expect you to pay a fee of $50 per application plus make 4X amount of income matching rent and a perfect credit score. Beyond ridiculous. The rent is way too expensive for these aged low profile apartments anyway. Another thing is...I asked owner if apartments still have termites and other bugs. He said: umm, they probably don't. They just want your money will not fix anything and they don’t answer phones. The only way to get things done is threaten to get an escrow account involved.
