Been living here for a while and I have not experienced any maintenance man like Mr. Chris, he is the best. He does a wonderful job in keeping these apartments well maintained. Thank you, Mr. Chris.
Why is the pool lock? I have been cleaning the wash room very very dirty and I have pictures. I had to clean it more than twice
I was denied within 30 minutes of them receiving my application! They claim it was something on my credit but couldn’t specify what exactly. Mind you I don’t owe any other apartment and my credit score is good! Two days after I got another apartment with no issue! Lol I guess they needed the $80 or discriminate against black people🤷♀️
I give my review 4 stars because The month Of August And September 2022, The Roaches bugs has been bad (VERY BED) WHEN I SAY BAD IT'S BAD. MAY BE IF THE NABORS WILL KEEP THE walk way CLEAN. THEY have trash rubbish out for weeks in front of the door. The nebors leave it very dirty cats bowls trash food out for days and than the Roaches and ants in cat poo in front OF MY DOOR :( MS ERIN IS THE BEST I GIVE MS ERIN 5 other than That!! I've just moved here like a week ago and I am so elated to be here. I love the whole atmosphere, it's different. I love living here and there are little doggies walking around,it's very clean. There are no bugs or critters walking around. I would recommend to everyone. And the landlady is everything, I love Erin she's a friend til the end.
