Working with John Morgan of Park Realty was hands-down the best decision we could have made for our real estate journey. From our very first meeting, he completely exceeded our expectations. Finding a great realtor can be daunting, but with John, I never spent a single moment worrying that we had made the wrong choice. We were looking to downsize and he helped us sell our old home and purchase a new place in a short period of time. We had the pleasure of working with John Morgan for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home, and we could not have asked for a better experience. He attended inspections, met with contractors and technicians on our behalf, helped gather repair estimates, and provided thoughtful, honest advice every step of the way. We never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Instead, he helped us evaluate our options and make i... read more

If we are looking for a home in the future, I would go with John Morgan again in a heartbeat.

He was such a thoughtful, responsive host that when we decided to relocate, he was the first person we called. From the start, John took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Since we were still out of state, he visited properties on our behalf and walked us through them over FaceTime. We never saw our townhouse in person before choosing it, but we trusted John and his wife Andrea's honest assessm... read more
