Park Property Management solutions is our home owners management company. Sheila Witak is our go to Rep. at Park. We do get a few people who have problems that need a quick resolution, Sheila is always there with a quick response and solution. She attends every board meeting and stays updated on upcoming events and possible problems that may arise. This makes our board members jobs much easier. We are glad to have her aboard. Do not use, hire, or engage with these people. After some initially good and responsive service, Park Management showed their true unethical and incompetent colors. Last fall they executed a work order for roof inspection and repair due to water entry into a townhome. Such a work order is a core responsibility of any HOA management group. Park Property sent a crew of two who claimed their over $600 bill wasn't covered, then when the bill was disputed, withdrew the funds anyway. Dealing with Park Property Management Solutions has been one of the most frustrating experiences EVER!!! I have been trying to get bathroom leaks from upper floors fixed, moldy drywall replaced - that is ruined because of leaks above me, door buzzer and door bell fixed for months now. Not only do problems not get resolved, they are not responding to calls or email as to the status of repairs so you have no idea if they are going to fix or not. Very impressed with Park Property Management Solutions, in particular front office Mike and maintenance lead Marco. Mike has been organized and responsive when issues, such as maintenance or repairs, on townhomes arise. Marco has been skilled and responsible when handling, and solving, maintenance issues.
