Hi, I am always pleased and proud to be a resident of Park Property at Milepost Place, East York. The management and maintenance team have always been courteous and professional. While I thank all the other superintendents and the staff, today, I want to express my appreciation to Mike and Chris for taking care of the urgent need of refrigerator and washroom faucet literally within minutes of receiving requests and did an amazing job. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.
They will ignore all noise complaints and tell you to deal with it on your own. Pretty sure they are asking certain tenants to purposely make excess noise outside out acceptable hours to force those with low rent rates to move out so they can get new tenants and jack up the rent. On several occasions they gave out a copy of my key to strangers without my consent as well. Avoid at all costs.
