I’ve had a wonderful experience living at 620 Lolita Gardens. The management team has always been responsive, professional, and very accommodating. Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly, and the staff truly cares about residents.
Hello I would like leave a review for Property Manager Danica Cvetkow. I have been working with Danica for a month or so and she has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. She worked to find a solution that worked for both of us and I’m grateful for the attention to this matter. She is the Property Manager for 7 buildings and she still made time for me.
I have rented this place from last 7 months. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is peaceful. I love the clean facilities and fast response for any service requests. Very comfortable and quiet environment, close to everything I need. Would definitely recommend it.
I have been living in this apartment for the past 2 years and my experience has been really positive. The place is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable, and I’ve always felt at home here. The management is responsive, and whenever I needed assistance, Akash and Charles have been extremely helpful.
