I have been living here since october 2018, everything was/has been great. Clean building for the most part, few things outdated but common in a building. We have new management, they like to say you dont pay rent, make up random amounts that you may "owe". Its not the same anymore and if you want to rent from people who dont care about anything and the building, well you found the spot.

What could I say. Dean was a resident with us and we were not to happy with him. I'm a super with Park Property and we are full and always renting whenever people decide to move up in life and buy homes. Rentin the moment the appartment goes on market.
