Recently Ganna showed me the rent apartments on the 8 floor. And all of them were okay-ish, small bedrooms and big living room with no ceiling lamp. My application was rejected so I have no idea how is it to actually live there.
I've lived here for almost 8 years, and it's been a great place to live. Under previous management I had a different experience but since Park Properties took over I've had prompt response to maintenance requests, easy communication about issues, and a lovely, friendly relationship with superintendents Brian and Liz.
Great experience in this building, and Brian and Liz are the best! Always so kind and lovely. We always appreciate how responsive and helpful they are.
Our Supers Liz and Brian are so attentive and friendly for this family-oriented building. If we've ever needed help, Brian fixes something ASAP. They also take the time to get to know the residents - my son loves giving fist bumps tk them all the time.
I prefer houses, but I like to talk about the building supervisors, Liz and Brian. They are the best ever, and they really love helping the residents. They are very kind and friendly.
