Brian did an excellent job replacing my bathroom sink faucet. He was professional, friendly, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The new faucet works perfectly, and everything was left clean and tidy after the installation. I really appreciate his prompt response and quality workmanship. The parking spaces designated for people with disabilities are too far from the building entrance. I noticed they were moved from their original location near the entrance, and that those parking in the old spaces are not people with disabilities. Please reconsider this.
Brian and liz have always helped out whenever we needed them and in every way possible. They are the best supers i have ever known.
This apartment (383 Albert Street) provides very good locations accessible to University of Waterloo, Wilfred Laurier University and Conestoga College Waterloo Campus within a 20-minute walkable distance. In addition to convenient HONK parting lots, there are close bus stops for Grand River Transit #31 and #201 within 5 minutes walking distance.
