Having rented from Park property for 5+ years, we have had a wonderful experience with our supers Brian, Liz and Jon. They go above and beyond to be friendly, are very responsive to messages, work orders, requests and create a welcoming environment for all. We couldn't ask for better superintendent's or a nicer place to live at a reasonable cost for the space/amenities provided.
I’ve been living here over last three years. Best place to stay, clean and the superintendent are absolutely amazing and polite and helpful. I would like to add this as the other apartment is getting cheaper, I’ve seen some buildings have already making discounts, to my experience, only last two weeks more five individuals approached me about leaving as this building is so expensive and most them they are not happy with the parking. Living here since long time and support provided by Liz and Bryan is incredible. Facilities are good and rent and parking fees are affordable.
