Superintendent is the worst!
I have very mixed feelings about this apartment, but not because of the apartment building itself - you have to get used to the sounds of firecrackers, and cars backfiring in the summertime. But this building itself has been great - the apartments are affordable and stunning, with some apartments being way bigger than most you can find in the city. Update (Feb 2, 2025): There may have been a time when there were cockroaches in the entire building but those complaints were addressed and have not seen any cockroaches for 2 years in the apartment or any common areas. A full treatment was done 2 years ago. Old review: This building is infested with cockroaches. I'm surprised no one has put this on Google review.
