Great building never had any complaints
Energy is CONSTANTLY going out in the entire building and so is the hydro. It’s actually insane. In the last year it has gone out like 3-4 times. Not to mention the work orders take forever to fix. They had security for very little and now I don’t see them anymore. I’ve been followed into the building and elevators without much security or protection. While the lady superintendent is nice and helpful, her husband isn’t he’s very rude. And there’s always an elevator going out of service. The only good thing is the cleanliness... read more
Superintendent is the worst!
I have very mixed feelings about this apartment, but not because of the apartment building itself - you have to get used to the sounds of firecrackers, and cars backfiring in the summertime. But this building itself has been great - the apartments are affordable and stunning, with some apartments being way bigger than most you can find in the city.
