The building is always clean, the people are respectful, and we feel safe and comfortable in our home. Our superintendent, Joy , very helpful, supportive, and reliable—always there whenever we need assistance, whether it’s an emergency or a small concern. We’re truly glad and grateful to live in such a well-maintained and welcoming building.

I have been living in this apartment for a few years, and I can confidently say that Jose, our superintendent, is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met. He consistently goes above and beyond in maintaining the building. I often see him as early as 4:00 a.m., sweeping and mopping the stairwells and hallways on every floor. During the winter months, when heavy snow falls, Jose is always out early clearing the driveway and spreading salt on the sidewalks to ensure everyone’s safety.
