Recently, we had called the Super to inspect our stove and oven. He came promptly and after inspection found that both were damaged as they were old. So, he said he would ask the management if we can get a new stove and oven. The management approved the request and right away the contractor came and measured the kitchen and in a few weeks itself Mike was here to install the new stove oven and the island cabinet. I’ve been living here for 8 years. We love our home. Our superintendent, Rainer Thomas, always makes sure we are all okay and that everything is working smoothly. It’s a wonderful place to live in.
Ranier the building superintendent is very helpful, takes great care of the building, and is always quick to resolve issues. When we wanted to replace our kitchen countertops and faucet, he immediately addressed our concerns and sent an excellent, trustworthy contractor who completed the job in two days!!.
We've been living here for more than 3 years now and the building is well mentained. The tenants are so friendly and peaceful. The building superintendent Ranier is very helpful and does a good job taking care of the building.
The building manager is a great person always welcoming, resolve issues right promptly. We never had any issue and living in 54 Thorncliffe Park drive for 5 years now.
