Extremely Unsafe Living Conditions – Beware I’m writing this review out of deep concern for the safety of my family and others in this building managed by Park Property Management. In the middle of the night, my front door was violently attacked with a sledgehammer by a neighbour under the influence of drugs, putting my entire family in danger. The entrance door is 32 inches and the height of the corridor ceiling is 35inches, This is a RESTRICTION for the kind of couch or sofa you can bring in because a big couch will not go through the door. The reason I rented the apartment was because of the big living area but now I cannot furnish it to my taste because entrance is small. Update April 2025: Changing from 1 to 4 starrs and deleting my previous negative review and scary pictures. 120 Cherryhill Place: Our new superintendent and his assistant have made our building almost spotless, and maintenance requests are now handled promptly. It’s great to see our home running so smoothly again.
This apartment is absolute trash, full of Indian students living on India time zone playing musics moving chairs around every night even passed 12 am. Park property is absolute trash, before it was Minto at least they would have dealt with stupid neighbours better Just save yourself trouble and dont go live there
