Pros: Fast, helpful fixes to maintenance issues. No roaches (Just make sure all cracks were sealed and spray ortho every spring and fall). Bedbugs only spread via objects and people and only solved with washing affected items so I’m not sure why other complainers are always faulting the building. Good amenities, such as supervised pool and tennis courts. Close to public schools, a mall, and lots of trees and green space. I dislike this old apt because ROACHES AND BED BUGS!! Sucks and lazy!! 🪳
Thanks to Wagner and staff team. This build has been improved in many aspects, and it's visible that the dwellers are happy with the new administration. Now, we do not have to wait for weeks to get answers about any request.
Great thanks to Wagner and John at 120 Cherryhill Place for their fast, friendly, and professional help. Wagner even came by after the contractor finished replacing the faucet in my bathtub to make sure everything was perfect. My family really appreciates them — even my son loves seeing them every day!
