From the beginning, everyone was welcoming, professional, and helpful, which made the whole process of my son moving here much easier for our family. Pros: Fast, helpful fixes to maintenance issues. No roaches (Just make sure all cracks were sealed and spray ortho every spring and fall). Bedbugs only spread via objects and people and only solved with washing affected items so I’m not sure why other complainers are always faulting the building. Good amenities, such as supervised pool and tennis courts. Close to public schools, a mall, and lots of trees and green space.
