This place has some good qualities but we were just not getting our money's worth paying 1580 for a 550 sq ft 1 bedroom with all the quality of life disruptions going on Pros: - walkable location with good bus routes - good horizontal noise muffling - pest free experience on 6th floor Cons: - horrible vertical noise muffling. Upstairs neighbour had loud dog that would bark constantly late at night for first 8 months living here - elevators were getting replaced for half the year and it was nearly impossible to get up or down... read more
The Building Management company which owns this building is really great! Great service and quick resolution for any issues, from Building Manager Mr. Fernando and Property Manager - Stella Itoya. Really great team of Building Managers.
Maintenance appointments are very good, the staff are very friendly and do a good job.
They are renovating the elevators and they look great, they are quick with the repairs and maintenance required in the units and the staff is very friendly.
It’s an amazing experience living here at 140 cheeryhill place, great surroundings, supporting superintendent and staff for any help.
