At 170 Cherryhill circle. So far things have gone well here. The apartment is a tad expensive but have enjoyed our apartment, great view of the park as well as downtown from a distance. Wish there were a few more grocery stores 2-3 minutes away instead of 10 minute drive but otherwise it's a pleasant place to live. I haven't ever heard any other tenants as well. It's very quiet. The superintendents of the building are very friendly and help with everything you need. They are aware of the problems in the apartments and have begun to organize the functions very well. The complaints are for the agency that does not cooperate and give the notifications too late.
Was visiting a friend. Nice big apartments and fairly priced. I loved the neighborhood and community.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, If you can find another place I would do that. I would move already but all the rent in the city went up. This company charges alot for rent and the apartments are not great at all. Also if you call you will always get a Voice-mail or your super will make you jump through hoops to get anything fixed. I told them I'm getting water in my bathroom from the apartment above and they told me to fill out a report.... its not my apartment and tenants shouldn't be forced to do the superintendents job. I moved into Cherryhill Apartments with high hopes, lured by promises of repairs, fixes, and replacements. What I encountered was a stark contrast to what was advertised. The so-called "renovations" consisted of a partial paint job and a quick sweep of the floors. My stove remains damaged, the fridge unrepaired, and the heater lacks a cover.
