Shalyn provided good costumer service when my roommate and I were undergoing issues with our unit. She works very hard and has excellent costumer service skills
Expectations are the key to appreciation! 5 stars indicates my expectations are consistently met. I love living here and plan to for the foreseeable future! It is an old building with maintenance and upgrade challenges but both Park Properties and specifically our superintendent Louis, are up to the challenge and doing an excellent job of managing priorities. Horrible roach issues building management likes to pretend isn't real. Also bed bugs. Do not rent an apartment here
At 170 Cherryhill circle. So far things have gone well here. The apartment is a tad expensive but have enjoyed our apartment, great view of the park as well as downtown from a distance. Wish there were a few more grocery stores 2-3 minutes away instead of 10 minute drive but otherwise it's a pleasant place to live. I haven't ever heard any other tenants as well. It's very quiet. The superintendents of the building are very friendly and help with everything you need. They are aware of the problems in the apartments and have begun to organize the functions very well. The complaints are for the agency that does not cooperate and give the notifications too late.
