At 170 Cherryhill circle. So far things have gone well here. The apartment is a tad expensive but have enjoyed our apartment, great view of the park as well as downtown from a distance. Wish there were a few more grocery stores 2-3 minutes away instead of 10 minute drive but otherwise it's a pleasant place to live. I haven't ever heard any other tenants as well. It's very quiet.
I have had a terrible experience with the management of my building. For the past three days, I have been trying to figure out why they keep assigning new tenants to my parking spot. This has happened twice now, and despite emailing them, I have not received any response. If you're looking for a peaceful living experience, I would advise against moving into these buildings.
I am absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the inability that management has to maintain professional communication regarding issues & concerns tenants bring to their attention. The amount of times I have tried to reach out with concerns is absolutely appalling. The only time issues are “resolved” is when tenants have to be stern and assertive.
