I’m extremely angry and disappointed. Staff told us we could leave our things, but suddenly changed their words and forced us to remove everything without warning. I even called ahead, yet nothing important was mentioned. We were completely misled. During the move, they shouted at residents with no respect—rude and aggressive behavior. We were in the process of moving out, but instead of a smooth transition, we faced constant harassment and verbal abuse from a female staff member—possibly the superintendent or deputy superintendent. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no prior communication or proper notice about anything, and the management overall is very poor. If I could, I would give 0 stars—or even go into the negatives. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
Horrifying amount of roaches. Now, I didn't make too much of a fuss, as I figured that was just a problem with our family and not the building, but we moved out a month ago to another place, and I have yet to see a single roach. It was this building's fault, then. We set up these glue traps and they'd be completely full of roaches in a week.
