If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give one star. I do not recommend 115 Cherryhill Blvd. During my time living there, I experienced serious issues with pest infestation, including bed bugs. Despite reporting the problem and sending video evidence, the situation was not handled in a timely and effective manner. Even after multiple pest control treatments, the problem was never fully resolved. The building itself is decent, but the management is a complete disaster. In over 4 years, I have called the office countless times and never had a call answered—always voicemail or “away from the desk.” Urgent issues are ignored, routine messages are never returned, and basic communication doesn’t exist. Only Tia is helpful and genuinely tries to assist, while everyone else is completely unresponsive, disengaged, and fails at even the simplest responsibilities.
