Horrifying amount of roaches. Now, I didn't make too much of a fuss, as I figured that was just a problem with our family and not the building, but we moved out a month ago to another place, and I have yet to see a single roach. WARNING: Stay away from Park Property Management! I am absolutely furious with their atrocious customer service and deceitful staff. From the beginning, they have utterly failed to address any of my maintenance requests properly. The nightmare started with their staff banging on my door at 10pm, claiming they needed to check for a leak in the bathroom.
