Rudest superintendent ever. No manners, no customer service, completely unprofessional. If you are thinking of renting here, I do not recommend it. Better to look at another building, because you will have a very hard time dealing with him.
The superintendent, Joseph, is extremely rude and dismissive. When asked politely about a piece of mail, he said it’s “not his business” and refused to even speak properly. This is not the way a superintendent should treat people. Very disappointing
Very unprofessional superintendent (Joseph). I went politely to ask about a piece of mail that was accidentally delivered to my old apartment (unit 1005), and instead of responding respectfully, he was extremely rude and dismissive, saying it’s “not his business” and that he “doesn’t have time.” My brother also tried to speak with him calmly and even offered a handshake, but he refused and just walked away. Terrible customer service and no respect for people. Management should really consider who they put in this position.
I’d like to let people know that Joseph Legger, Pauline Bonnett & Gretchen Sorreno have been an unbelievable great delight to work with during my transition from #1003 to # 1004 122b Bronte St. S in Milton. Joseph is the Super here for Park Property Managemt. Pauline, property mgt, and Gretchen rental agent. Such a delight to work converse and even laugh during this entire process. I moved in about 6months ago and I'm happy with my decision. The building is quiet, clean and residents are kind and curtous. I always see Joe and Djamil busy working even on the weekends. Anytime I have had an issue staff is so helpful and responsive. It really is a nice little community.
